Clicking "Uninstall" for an extension goes to the Description tab instead of the Progress tab

    Description

      Note: I haven't really checked if the issue happens in 4.2 or not. I have the issue in 4.3M1 but I don't know when the regression was introduced. If it was introduced in 4.3M1 then this issue should be closed as "cannot reproduce" or "won't fix".
