IRC Bot is not restarted automatically by the scheduler job

The reason is that the IRC Scheduler job is scheduled by default when you import it and thus the first time it runs it sets the context user as its execution user. The problem is that the context user is Guest at that time!

Thus the solution is to not schedule the Job by default and let the user click on schedule and thus use the logged in user name as the execution user.
