Wrong author printed in IRC Channel when documents are modified

For example when the Watchlist job is triggered, it modifies the last fire time in its page and the IRC Bot reports that the author who modified the page is the last author who modified the page instead of the current context user (which in the case of a Scheduler job would be the context user).
