The workspace creator cannot edit workspace metadata nor delete the workspace

To reproduce, on a workspaces instance:

• login with a non-admin user
• create a new workspace (the user will be the owner of the workspace)
• go to the administration of the workspace, in Configuration -> Workspace
• change workspace pretty name, click save. The page will be reloaded, no error is displayed but the pretty name is not changed.
• in the workspace menu in the top menu, click Delete: an error message will be displayed claiming that the user does not have the right to delete the workspace. From what I understood from a discussion with Edi, the owner should be able to perform these actions.
