Annotation assigned to wrong instance of text, when same text appears several times in page

When you annotate the same sequence of characters, which appear more than once in a page, the annotation is assigned to the first instance of that sequence, rather than to the correct instance of the sequence.

The problem showed itself in a table, where one column often contains the same text for more than one row, but one would need to annotate the same text in each row separately

Reproduction steps

1. Create a page
2. Enter the content abcd twice in two different lines
3. Select "bc" on the second line and annotate
4. reload and show the annotations

Expected

The second "bc" is annotated

Actual

The first "bc" is annotated
