Document that importing documents will replace the existing versions and specially explain how to import XWiki user documents

When importing a XAR, existing documents will be overridden. This can cause issues, like losing existing content, losing rights due to the loss of the XWikiAllGroup, changing the Admin password, etc. The import page should have a warning message describing this issue, and maybe highlight the existing documents.
