Unable to exit Fullscreen mode after clicking "Save & Continue" on IE8

Steps to reproduce:

• Login as a user or admin
• Go to a page, hover over "Edit" and click on "Wiki" or click on "WYSIWYG"
• Click on the green "Maximize" button
• Click on "Save & Continue"
• Click on "Exit Full Screen"

After pressing the "Exit Full Screen" button the bottom bar simply disappears.

Tested on IE8. Does not reproduce on Chrome 23, Firefox 16.0.2 and IE9.
