Missing translation key on Login page for the Forgot username/password message

In login.vm there is a hardcoded message "Forgot your username or password ?"

<a href="$xwiki.getURL('XWiki.ForgotUsername')">username</a> or <a href="$xwiki.getURL('XWiki.ResetPassword')">password</a>?</div>

We should add a key for this and translate it also in french language
