A document included with #includeInContext after that document was included by #includeTopic gets the wrong context

I have a document (A) that includes another document (B) using #includeTopic under certain conditions.

The document (B) includes a third document (C) using #includeInContext

When going to document B directly everything works (C gets the context of B), but when going to document A things don't work (C gets the context of A instead) especially when checking rights.
