Wrong URL suggested by WorkspaceManager.Install for retrieving a default workspace template XAR when running a SNAPSHOT

Because XAR snapshots don`t have a fixed name, it's impossible to link to one of them from Workspaces. The current WorkspaceManager.Install page tries to do this and it generates an invalid link like:

http://nexus.xwiki.org/nexus/content/groups/public-snapshots/org/xwiki/enterprise/xwiki-enterprise-ui-all/4.4-SNAPSHOT/xwiki-enterprise-ui-all-4.4-SNAPSHOT.xar

A compromise solution is to avoid the file name from the generated URL and point the user to manually select the latest snapshot from the list of builds.
