When an extension is installed on several wikis "Upgrade on farm" should upgrade the extension only on theses wikis

    Description

      Right now, when clicking "upgrade on farm" the extension move from installed to several wiki to installed to the whole farm and for example in XAR extension case it's imported in all other wikis.
