Improve the performance of Solr index delete operations by using deleteByQuery instead of deleting each individual entry

The current implementation treats both index add and delete uniformly, by computing the list of references to be affected and then the operation is applied. However, for delete operations, this can be simplified when deleting entire containers (spaces, wikis, entire farm).
