Have the AWM application use translations from AppWithinMinutes.Translations instead of from ApplicationResources.properties

    Description

      ATM, even though the AppWithinMinutes.Translations page is still there, it's not used and all AWM translations are taken from the oldcore's ApplicationResources.properties file.
