Bad redirect when trying to create a user from the main wiki admin page when in virtual mode

    Description

      When I want to create a new user in XEM main wiki I get a redirect to '/xwiki/bin/register/XWiki/Register'. The modal window is empty as shown in the attached image. The bug does not reproduce on XE.
