Detect the paste event and clean the content automatically or warn the user to use the paste icon instead

We need to implement some hacks since accessing the user clipboard from JavaScript is restricted. We also need to distinguish between local copy&paste (the user is copying from the WYSIWYG editor text area) and external paste (the user is copying from outside the WYSIWYG editor text area).
