Javascript error on CreateApplication for platform.appwithinminutes.appNameEmptyError translations that contain quotes

Steps to reproduce:

• set the default wiki language to fr on the Administration Localisation section
• go on AppWithinMinutes.WebHome and click on "Créer une application"

Result on screen AppWithinMinutes.CreateApplication: the console will display an error because the translation key platform.appwithinminutes.appNameEmptyError is not encoded
