Pressing Enter in IE9 Differences between WYSIWYG View and Real Output

New document

Enter Title and press enter.
Type next line of text press enter.

Return to the end of the title line and press enter. No CR is shown on wysiwyg pressing enter multiple times doesn't help. However going to view the document you can see that the enter has actually happened and the text would be formatted as you would expect.

Also cannot press enter at the bottom of a document. Same behavior, single CR works then multiples do not show on the WYSIWYG
