Levels and Users properties are saved with an extra empty value

For fixing XWIKI-344, we added a hidden input with an empty value, so that the property is sent back to the server for update. The problem is that this empty property is not ignored when computing the submitted value for the property, resulting in a string like 'a|b|' instead of 'a|b'.
