Support null user and null entity in the new security authorization module

Currently the new module still use a reference to XWiki.XWikiGuest for the null user, and does not support properly a null entity.

null user should now be used in place of XWiki.XWikiGuest.
null entity should check rights at the highest know level (MainWiki).
