The visit session timeout should be configurable

In com.xpn.xwiki.stats.impl.XWikiStatsServiceImpl.findVisit(), the visiting session is invalidated if the previous request was more than 30 minutes before. This parameter should be configurable, so that a visiting session can accept larger or shorter gaps.
