    Description

      Generated skin resource URLs are wrong. For example:

      <link href="/xwiki/bin/skin/skins/colibri/style.css?colorTheme=ColorThemes.DefaultColorTheme" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="all" />
<link href="/xwiki/bin/skin/skins/colibri/print.css?colorTheme=ColorThemes.DefaultColorTheme" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="print" />

      The URLs should point to the local filesystem.
