Monolingual different than English fails

1/ installing XWiki 1.0 B4.
2/ create a document with the content:

1 Test page in english

• context language: $context.language
• doc language: $doc.language
• doc default language: $doc.defaultLanguage
• tdoc language: $tdoc.language
• tdoc default language: $tdoc.defaultLanguage

3/ go to admin and change language to 'fr' and make sure it is set to Multilangual = No
4/ Go back to your page and you'll see the interface is still in english and the content of the document shows all values to 'en' (some of it is normal since the 'language' field' of the document is set to 'en'. I'm creating another bug because the 'language' field is not available anymore in the 1.0 skin
