Only the "Admin" user is listed as an owner in the "Workspace Directory"

Steps to reproduce:

• Create two workspaces and select "Admin" as the owner for one and another user for the second workspace
• Hover over Wiki and click on "Workspace Directory"
• Click on "Wiki Manager"

On the "Wiki Manager" page all the owners are listed. I've attached screenshots.
