The last version of a document doesn't disappear from the list when you delete it if the document has attachments

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to a page and add 2 attachments
2. Go to the History tab and click on the Delete button for the last version
3. I think the 3.1 version is deleted, but then reappears as a copy of 2.1

This happens each time you click on Delete and even if you select the 3.1-3.1 version range and then click on "Delete selected version range".
