Half workspaces translations broken when upgrading from pre 5.0 version

    Description

      That's all the translations that are located in xwiki-platform-workspace-template-features xar extension (XWiki.WorkspaceTranslations page). This XAR is supposed to be imported automatically when creating a workspace but obviously it does not exist when upgrading XE wiki pages on those workspaces.
