Class properties using suggests no longer offer suggestions

Regression introduced by https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/commit/f301aff58b17bcbc55d67b2de409607b5ae4dd32

There's some double XML escaping occurring, which breaks the URL from which the suggestions are retrieved, so no results are found whatever the user's input.
