Deleting a wiki doesn't remove the Distribution Wizard status metadata

To reproduce:

• Have a subwiki with DW visible (state = NEW)
• Skip the DW
• Delete the subwiki
• Recreate a subwiki with the same wiki name
• You'll not get the DW displayed because the old metadata is still there and used
