Distribution Wizard upgrades too many documents even when there are no changes in them

For example the Main.Welcome page is updated (a new revision is created) by the DW even if this page has not been modified.

The reason is because this page content ends with a new line and the XWiki Diff tool doesn't handle properly content ending with a new line (it discards it and thus thinks the content has changed).
