Allow running UI tests with PhantomJS

PhantomJS is interesting since:

• it's a headless browser using webkit
• it's much faster than running with "full" browsers

Note that ATM a lot of our functional tests are failing with it but I feel it's interesting to start exploring it and see why they are failing and report problems to the ghostdriver project so that they get fixed.
