Unable to install the UI with the DW on Tomcat

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Set up XWiki by using the XEM war file, Tomcat and HyperSQL
      • Start XWiki and use the DW to install the UI

      You'll get a "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space" error. You get the same error even if you hit Cancel on the DW and import the UI from the XAR. I've attached the stacktrace. Doesn't reproduce on Jetty 8.1.9.
