Wrong English labels for confirmation box widget

If I create test page:

{{velocity}}
$msg.get('core.widgets.confirmationBox.button.no')
{{/velocity}}

It correctly shows:

"Nē"

for Latvian settings.
But when I choose to delete the same page XWiki shows:

"Vai tiešām vēlaties pārvietot šo dokumentu uz miskasti?
yes no"

Probably somehow settings don't affect /resources/uicomponents/widgets/confirmationBox.js or related file.
