Mails should not be obfuscated by default

I prefer by far having someone to search a bit when he want to obfuscate emails that having users testing the default XWiki distributions and saying their email is "broken".

At a very minimum it's should be configurable.

Putting it as improvement but it's not far from a bug in my mind.
