Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Click on "More applications" and then on "Create your own!" in the "Applications" panel
- Click "Create Application"
- Type a name for your application and click "Next Step"
- Click "Next Step"

and a "Failed to execute the [velocity] macro" error on the page (error.txt).
This bug happens randomly on Windows. I was unable to reproduce it on Fedora with Java 7. For example you can see here that I was able to successfully create an app on 5.1M2. Now on the same environment (Win7, Java 7) I always get the error on the second step. Doesn't happen with Java 6 though.
