Cannot select tag in tag cloud even if there are documents in the result list that have it

This is not easy to reproduce but sometimes, if you have documents tagged with the same tag but in different cases (e.g. foo, Foo, FoO, foO, fOO etc.) the tag is not selectable in the live table tag cloud (it appears greyed out).
