Description
On a clean XE, before you can create wikis, you need to install a template first (ATM, workspacestemplate)
So first of all, you need to go to Admin section and install the template. When clicking on the link to create a new template, you are redirected to "/xwiki/bin/view/WorkspaceManager/Install".
It would be nice that this page to be integrated in the admin section, without the need to leave the Admin section.
This might need a vote in the lists.
