Add ability to overlay XAR applications in a Maven2 build

With this feature we can now have several small applications (located in xwiki-applications/xarlets) and have them aggregated into wikis (located in xwiki-applications/wikis). This allows to create wikis by composition of XAR applications. It also allows us to release XAR applications independently of the default wiki.
