Don't show backward dependencies from other wikis when we are on a subwiki

When we are on a subwiki the Dependencies tab from the extension display should list only backward dependencies from that subwiki and not from other wikis. In other words, a local subwiki administrator shouldn't be aware of what extensions are installed in other wikis.
