Support multiple password hashing functions to store/verify user password

    Description

      Right now XWiki always store passwords the same way but it would be interesting to allow choosing another one for a particular password. This allow easier retro compatibility when we decide to move from one hash to another (see XWIKI-5261) or when we want to import password from somewhere else (like when importing the backup of a different kind of wiki).
