Flickering size for form buttons on some systems

    Description

      On some systems (noticed on Firefox, MacOS and Windows XP) the form buttons shrink on mouse over, for an unknowk reason (browser bug?). This can be solved by adding a css rule that explicitely sets the font size for buttons to 1em.
