Some panels from the old Wiki Manager Application are missing

Thomas just pointed me out that some panels that were part of xwiki-platform-wiki-manager-ui are not present in the new ui.

These panels are:
A: WikiCode.LastCreatedWikisWidget - Print the list of last created wikis with there respective owner

B: WikiCode.LastWikiModificationsWidget - Print the list of last modifications made on all wikis.

C: WikiCode.MyLastWikiModificationsWidget - Same as above but for the current user

D: WikiCode.UserWikisIsAdminWidget - Lists the wikis the current user has the right to administrate.

E: WikiCode.UserWikisIsOwnerWidget - Lists the wikis that have the current user as their owner.

F: WikiCode.UserWikisIsUserWidget - Lists the wikis the current user has access to.

They are called "*Widgets" because they were used in the default dashboard of XEM before Workspaces were included (so before XEM 3.3). ( https://github.com/xwiki-contrib/xwiki-manager/blob/695e14039b489d75ed13103f74f055997f302692/xwiki-manager-ui/src/main/resources/Main/WebHome.xml ).

They are still in syntax 1.0.

The use-cases covered by D, E, F can be handled by the Wiki Index.
A/ can be handled by the Wiki Index, although we can not sort by creation time
B/ should be done by the Activity Stream
C/ same

Should it be considered as a regression? Should we fix it?
