Creating an FAQ entry with a double quote in the name causes the document to display some code

    Description

      To reproduce:

      • install the faq application
      • create an entry with the following name (from the contribute to faq input):
        How do you close an " open quote
        
      • put some content in the answer in the edit form that is displayed after clicking "add" and save
      • The result of the display of the document will be the one in the attached image, with code being visible on the page

      Note that if you put two quotes in the question name, you don't have the same issue, so make sure that it's not a paired quote.
