Make XWiki Javadoc available on xwiki.org

    Description

      • Idea suggested by Ludovic: We could make it available as a zip viewable using the ZipExplorer plugin on xwiki.org
      • In the further future, the m2 release process does release javadocs for each module. We'll still need to have a page on xwiki.org to link to that
