Space Index Macro always lists hidden documents and lists translations several times

    Description

      Even if I've set "Display Hidden Documents" to No in my profile, I still see hidden documents if I use the Space Index Macro. By comparison, if I use the Documents Macro or go to the Documents Index page I only see the pages that aren't hidden.
