Cannot repair the main wiki UI any more with the Distribution Wizard

    Description

      When upgrading from a version where the default set of wiki pages wasn't installed with the Extension Manager, the Distribution Wizard asks you what is the previous version then allows you to repair it.

      Clicking on the Repair button doesn't work any more. The following stack trace is logged:
