Remove bundled Tomcat's context.xml file definining a root context for XWiki

I'm not sure why we had a need for this file. It's setting the context to be the root ("/"). It should be up to the installer to define what context XWiki is bound to (even though right now, XWiki has to be bound to the xwiki/ context because of XWIKI-788).
