Newly created pages with attachments are shown as orphaned and have the language "default"

If a new page is created with a attachment, the page will be created with the language "default" (not the default set language) and translated into the language which is set as the default language.
The page is also orphaned.

If the page is created and saved without an attachment and the attachment is added after the creation there is no problem.
