Unable to leave a wiki as a local user

    Description

      Issue originally reported by ralucamorosan.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a new wiki and select "Only local users are available in the wiki" as the User Scope
      2. Install the UI with DW
      3. Create a new local user (U1)
      4. Login with U1
      5. Go go Main.WebHome
      6. Click on the "leave this wiki" link

      You'll get an error: "You are not allowed to view this document or perform this action."
