CKEditor fails to load after hacking the URL to use a different language

    Description

      After saving a page with `language=en`, attempting to edit the same page with CKEditor after hacking the url from `language=en` to `language=fr` causes CKEditor to fail to load.

      When using XWiki 8.0 we get an endless spinner. When using XWiki 7.1.4 we just get an edit page without an editor.
