Unable to edit document translations

    Description

      Follow this steps to reproduce:

      • Enable multilingual from Administration > Localization and set "en,fr" as supported languages
      • Go to Sandbox home page, switch to French language from the drawer
      • Edit using the CKEditor

      The editor is not loaded.
