Request level sheets are not applied to document translations

    Description

      Follow this steps to reproduce:

      • Enable multilingual from Administration > Localization and set "en,fr" as supported languages.
      • Go to Sandbox home page
      • Add "sheet=Main.Welcome" to the query string. The sheet is applied.
      • Switch to French language from the drawer
      • Add "sheet=Main.Welcome" to the query string. The sheet is not applied.
